We carefully inspect your order to meet our highest standard prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us if you received the incorrect item. In case of this, please contact us at service@signature-stitches.com for a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA) and details on return shipment.
We will ship the correct item if it is available. In the event that the item is no longer available, we will refund the item's purchase price. Please allow 2-6 weeks for a refund to be processed. Sorry but we are not able to refund shipping or purchase costs for items damaged by the carrier. We cannot accept returns for any other reason.
